  • Before submitting your order form, please visit our website to review pricing and flavor selections. Once reviewed, fill out our inquiry form in the "contact" section and Jenny will reach out to you shortly to confirm details before sending the invoice. We ask that inquiries be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event. Accommodations may be made on an ad hoc basis. PLEASE NO DM ORDERS.

  • Once you have received the invoice, it must be paid within 48hrs. This is to ensure I still have availability for the date you have inquired about. Your order is not secured without payment. Orders Exceeding $150 will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the final payment made one week prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable. Payment is accepted via credit, debit, or direct bank transfer through my invoicing software.

  • Pick up is located in Bowie, MD, generally between 10 am-2 pm, at the agreed time between baker and client. The week of your pick up I will send the address and schedule a pick-up window. Picking up outside your allotted time frame may result in a late fee so please be on time. If you think you will be late, please let me know ASAP. I can not always guarantee that I will be available outside of your time window. Once the client accepts the cake it is understood that the client is satisfied with the cakes appearance. Risk of loss passes to client once the order is in client's possession.

  • Delivery is available for orders exceeding $300. The cost of delivery starts at $75 and is based on mileage and time commuting to the venue. Please inquire at the time you are placing the order if you need this service.

  • At this time I do not work with fondant covered cakes. Occasionally I will be able to make fondant decor but this is rare. I am an expert in buttercream designs. If your heart desires a creation in fondant, I can refer you to some amazing bakers that specialize in this medium.

  • I do not make replica cakes or copy the designs of other artists. I welcome inspiration images and will use those when I design your custom cake. The cake you've screenshot will not be the same without the love and integrity of the artist behind it. You are guaranteed to be more in love with a custom-designed cake knowing it is one of a kind.

  • Transport your cake in a cool car on the floor. Please be slow to avoid abrupt movements to make sure the cake doesn't move. Room temperature cakes are the best! Keep your cake refrigerated up to 2 hours before serving.

  • It's hard to see you go, but we do understand things happen that might result in cancellation. Should you decide to cancel, you will not be refunded any deposits made; however, if you need to reschedule any money put down can be transferred to a later date depending on availability. Pricing is based on the entire order, therefore, a reduction in serving size may not proportionally reduce the price of the order.

  • My flavors are completely customizable. All flavors are curated to have the perfect blend and balance of flavors and textures. These tried and true flavors are the ones my clients have ordered over and over again.
