Hello, I’m Jenny!

I'm Jenny Mayo, Founder & CEO of Jenny Baked It.

It all started with a KitchenAid mixer that was passed on to me from a dear family friend who is no longer with us. Her name was Earline and she made the best pound cake you could ever have.

The mixer was taking up space in the kitchen, so after a while, my parents said if I wasn't going to use it, to give it away. This sparked my desire to create a dessert that would live up to this buttery pound cake Earline always made for Thanksgiving. After many taste tests among friends and family, and a yearning to start something I could call my own, Jenny Baked It was formed.

I am so blessed to be a part of your life's celebrations. Each dessert I make is catered to my clients for a delicious and unforgettable experience. The smiles on my clients' faces are truly the icing on top of what is already an amazing job well done. My goal is to provide my clients with a delicious and unforgettable experience. I’m here to give you all the sweet things.

Specializing in buttercream creations, my passion for delicious confections and showstopping designs make for a decadent experience with each cake. I believe in a truly cohesive experience and want every part of my clients' event to complement the wedding theme. I am passionate about curating a cake that has a variety of colors, textures, and finishes that melt into each other, flawlessly.
